Repeat prescription ordering

***Prescription orders over the phone will stop as of Monday 6th December - please use alternative method as detailed below***

***Please allow 2 full working days for prescriptions to be completed***

Repeat prescriptions can be ordered online (Patient Access,MyGP App, NHS App), at the surgery or by post.

If you wish to obtain an urgent prescription we will advise you of our policy, which is to give a warning that this will not be tolerated and that you need to give the practice two working days notice for the prescription to be produced.

To order your prescription online please use Patient Access, MyGP App or NHS App (see next tab).

Alternatively you can order your prescription using the printed order slip provided with your last prescription, tick the items you require and post your request in the prescription box situated next to the entrance at Moor Park Health and Leisure and in the entrance at Whitegate Drive, or you may hand your request to a member of staff.

When ordering by post, please allow an additional two working days for first class carriage via the postal service. If you enclose a stamped addressed envelope, your prescription will be returned to you, again please allow an additional two working days for return.

Please state whether you are collecting your prescription from Moor Park or Whitegate Drive Surgery.
